【Notice Regarding YouTube Super Chats】

We would like to inform you of an issue that has been confirmed and kindly ask for your attention.

We have identified a phenomenon where a YouTube Super Chat from a certain supporter appears normally in the live chat during the broadcast, as if the Super Chat has been received. However, after several tens of minutes, the Super Chat disappears, and no revenue from it is reflected or received on our side at all.

Despite this, we have already provided performance corresponding to those Super Chats. The total damage amounts to over 500,000 yen, which is a very serious issue.

A similar case was confirmed several years ago with a Japanese supporter, but this time the payment was made in euros. Unfortunately, we currently have no way to contact this supporter directly, and since we would also like to alert others to this issue, we have decided to make this statement public.

None of the Super Chats or Super Stickers from this supporter have been reflected in our revenue. We sincerely hope that the supporter has also not been charged.
However, if the supporter has been charged despite the revenue not being received by us, we ask that the supporter take appropriate action on their end and contact us as soon as possible, as we will need to urgently request support from Google as well.

Until this issue is fully resolved and confirmed, please understand that we will be unable to provide performance in response to any further Super Chats from the affected supporter, even if they are sent again.

Additionally, while we have not disclosed any specific names or icon names in this statement, if Super Chats are sent again during a live stream and this issue occurs, we may announce this situation during the program. Thank you for your understanding.

Lastly, we understand that this type of issue generally does not occur on platforms such as TwitCasting or TikTok, where gifts are sent after purchasing points or coins in advance. Please feel assured that supporting us on those platforms is safe.
